5 Ways To Help Yourself Heal

Here
are five different ways to heal. Learn which work best for you. Good

1.
Visualizing Healing
Every
morning, sit or lie down and relax for fifteen minutes. Start each session
out by breathing slowly and counting on each exhale: 3 3 3 -- 2 2 2
-- 1 1 1. Then, 10 9 8, then 7 6 5, then 4 3 2, then 1 1 1.
Now
that you are relaxed, visualize an outline of your body with the blockages
(where your pain is) inside. Now, see those blockages begin to dissolve.
Repeat this fifteen minute process mid day and again just before you
go to sleep.
2. Removing Unnecessary Worry Healing
How
to keep your mind healthy.
Sometimes,
we worry without meaning to. What does worry bring? More worry. So,
learn to be happy. What can happy do for you? Nothing bad. And that's
very important. When you find yourself worrying, stop right there and
smile and say, *I now release the pattern in my consciousness that is
creating resistance to my good.* Then, continue on with what you were
doing.
3.
A Physical Exercise Healing
If
you feel the need to be active, every morning have a regiment of walking
around the house, or outside if you like, for fifteen minutes. The first
five minutes, practice good breathing that gives your body a chance
to heal. Breathe in four short breaths through your nose without letting
it out. Then, on the exhale, breathe out your nose four short breaths.
Do this for five minutes. Then next five minutes, start each sentence
out with *I am so happy and so very grateful, I have (am, can . . .
Whatever).
Be
thankful for all that you list. Then the last five minutes, start each
sentence out with *I am so happy and so very grateful, I have (am, can
. . . whatever) and list everything you want. This last
list is your projection of everything you want coming to you. Be creative.
Be happy for lots of money, lots of good health, lots of great friends.
4. The Star Formation Healing
Set
the timer for five minutes. Stand in a place you won't be disturbed.
Spread your arms straight out. The palm of your left hand should be
facing up and the palm of your right hand should be facing down. Your
feet should be about shoulder width apart. Feel the energy coming from
the universe into your left palm. Feel the energy coming from Mother
Earth into your right palm. Feel that energy travel from one palm to
the other. Feel the energy spread across your shoulders. Now, direct
the energy to go from you right hand to your left foot, from your left
foot to the top of your head, from the top of your head to your right
foot, then back to your left hand. Thus, you have the Star Formation
-- the energy moves in the shape of a star. Keep it up until you feel
the energy in all parts of your body. Then, spread the energy to the
area that needs healing the most. (At first, you may not be able to
stand in that stance for 5 continuous minutes. Keep trying every day
until you are able to stand the whole time.)
5. The Laboratory For Healing
Sit
in a comfortable chair where you won't be disturbed. Take three deep
breaths. When you feel relaxed, close your eyes, and count down from
10 to 1, taking a deep breath at each number. Visualize the number 10
on top of your head, 9 on your forehead, 8 on your nose, 7 on your mouth,
6 on your neck, 5 on both shoulders, 4 on your heart, 3 on your naval,
2 on both knees, and 1 on each foot and feel your body relaxing at each
interval with each number you visualize.
Visualize
an elevator. Walk into the elevator and take it down 10 floors. As the
doors open on the first floor, you will see your laboratory. In your
laboratory you will see a computer, a big monitor, file drawers, a book
shelf filled with all kinds of healing books, and whatever else you
need to visualize healing occurring in your laboratory. Everything happens
with the blink of an eye or a nod of your head. You don't have to turn
anything on, reach for any book, or physically move if you don't want
to.
Now,
see yourself on the big screen without skin. You see your cells, organs,
and everything else IN your body, but no skin. Now, have faith in your
intuition that you will see any blockages that need to be removed. Use
your hands, if you want, and reach into the body which is now 3D. Visualize
love going from your hand to the organ you are touching. Move organs
gently to see if there's any problems behind them, or just turn your
body around so you can see it from the back. This can be done with the
blink of an eye also. Feel free, in your mind, to reach in and remove
the blockages, then gently put everything back into place. If you don't
know what your body organs, etc. look like, just use your imagination.
Only
good can come of it when you work with love in your heart. Always be
gentle and loving. When you are deep in your levels, you can only work
with love. (If there are any negative feelings, you won't be in your
levels and you won't be able to accomplish anything.) When you have
done all you can do, walk back to the elevator and go 10 floors up.
When
you are there, count yourself out by saying, *3, I am becoming alert
and healthy. 2, I am becoming alert and healthy and ready to function
at the conscious level. 1. I am alert and healthy and ready to function
at the conscious level.* Open your eyes and feel the vitality that comes
from this type of visualization.
