Have No Fear In 3 Easy Steps

Fear governs our lives.

Everyone is afraid of something. Some people are afraid they will lose all their money. Some are afraid they are going to get sick and die. Some are afraid of getting old way before they are. Fear governs our lives.

Fear, however, can be removed. Little by little, fear by fear.

The first step to having no fear is to start praising God, the Universe, or whomever you feel is responsible for you being here, for everything. If you are praising, cannot be worrying. You can only think of one thing at a time. What are you doing right now, what are you thinking? It's your choice. The more you praise God, or whomever you feel you should praise, for the life you have now, the better your life will be come. If you mumble and complain about the fearful life you have now, then that's what you are bringing into your life.

The second step to having no fear is to realize that what you fear, you attract. (That would make me think twice before being afraid. How about you?) Do you say things like "I'm afraid to go on trips." What did you just send out into the universe? "I'm getting old." What did you just send out into the universe? "I can't afford the." What did you just send out into the universe? "I don't feel good. I've been sick a lot lately. What did you just send out into the universe? These are things we attract. How? By focusing on them and fearing (attracting) these very things.

Which leads us to the third step to having no fear. Start concentrating on the exact opposite of what you fear. "I love going on trips." Feel this as you say it and imagine coming back from your trip feeling fantastic. "I'm feeling younger every day." Feel this as you say it and imagine the cells in your body getting younger and younger. "Money flows to me freely, copiously, and endlessly." Feel this as you say it and imagine having all the money you want for you everything you want. "Every day in every way, I am better, better, and better." Feel this as you say it and imagine every cell in your body doing a happy dance.

When you do these three steps correctly for 30 days, you can say that you have faith in a beautiful future, and you actually do!
