What's Your Own Personal Bio Computer Saying?

The holidays cause many emotions we don’t normally have. Many times, we don’t feel in control of these emotions, and this is the time when most people let them out. To some, the holidays aren’t a magical time. To some, they are a hurtful time. That doesn’t have to be. Especially when we find the technique to change it. This is one that can help you, as it looks at stress a whole new way. So. Are you ready? Great! Get ready to have a holiday like you’ve never had, because now YOU are in control. . . .

Do you want to be a success? To succeed, you need this!
F A N T A S T I C OFFER! "6 Short Weeks To A Successful Life" ecourse now offers AUDIO! Now, with each session -- FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY -- audio is included FREE! Order here!

Imagine your brain is like one large room. The room is made up of a bio-computer that designs your life.

Your computer has 3 basic parts. 1. Your monitor 2. Your keyboard 3. Your hard-drive. That is to say: Your monitor is how you look, what you display to the world. Your keyboard is your senses -- what you taste, touch, see, hear, smell, and anything you hear. Your hard drive is your brain. Everything you experience is recorded or programmed on your hard drive. Every time you program yourself -- accept what others tell you or make a decision on your own -- it’s all saved on your hard drive, ready to be picked up and used at a moment’s notice.

Every wall in that room is full of labeled switches. On the left side of the room are your emotions, so every emotion has a switch label, on the right side are your reactions, so every reaction has a switch label. These switches control your life, so depending on which emotion switch is thrown, it will automatically go to its reaction switch. Let’s say the switch labeled *anger* automatically triggers the one labeled *yelling*. If that’s the case, then that will be your reaction. If those are your switches, you yell when you are angry. And unless you change the labels, your reactions will be the same as they’ve always been.

How successful you are is directly tied to the beliefs you have stored on your hard drive.

Check them out. Are they old beliefs that don’t support you anymore? Make up new labels for your switches. Maybe the reaction for anger could now be total calmness. Total calmness gives you time to think about what’s going on and react in a productive manner. That will also work for other negative emotions, such as hatred, stress, anxiety, etc. Maybe the only reaction label you want is total calmness. You be the judge, then YOU program that change into your bio-computer.

Sit down and relax. Visit the computer room in your brain. Rearrange the labels to fit what you want in your life now.

Thanks for reading.
