Missing San Francisco father James Kim's body found
There is terrible news for those who have been following the story of James Kim, the San Francisco father of two girls who left their stranded car to find help and has been missing since Saturday. James' body was seen face down from a helicopter at about 12:00 p.m. PST, and authorities have now confirmed that he is dead. In the coming weeks we will sort out the facts of what happened, why it happened, and how it is possible that true miracles like the rescue of Kati and the girls can be tempered by such tragedy. James Kim, a devoted father if there ever was one, died in a valiant effort to save the lives of the women he loved. Knowing that he would have lived had he stayed with them in the car takes nothing away from the love that carried him away from his station wagon and the warmth of his family inside, into the snow and the wilderness, out into the cold of the night. Our thoughts are with Kati Kim and her two children. Penelope and Sabine will grow up knowing that they had a dad who loved them very much.Read | Permalink | Email this | Linking Blogs | Comments
