Do you feel frustrated, depressed, or restless? Do you know
why?

One reason might be that you have aptitudes that are not
being used or properly expressed.

Learn what you are good at, and work at it. When you are
good at something, you are not usually frustrated, depressed,
or restless in those areas.

If you still find yourself frustrated, depressed, or restless, find
something else to be good at. Keep learning, keep trying,
keep living, because after all, frustration, depression, and
restlessness are just expressions. Don't express the expressions
that don't get you where you want to go. Express yourself in
ways that help you enjoy life!
