Here
are some affirmations that are good to say several times a day!
. . .
I
am loved.
I love. I am loving.
I love myself and all creation.
Every day in every way I am better, better, and better.
If
you are having difficulties with anyone, these few words work
wonders. You can say them to yourself while visualizing looking
that person in the eyes, and you will feel the peace.
I
love you.
I trust you.
I honor you.
I respect you.
Do
you have negative thoughts?
Analyze
each thought you have. (I know, it's a tough job, but you'll see
that it's worth it in the end.) Is it getting you where you want
to go? If not, immediately cancel it. CANCEL! CANCEL! Then repeat
your favorite affirmation. Relax until you feel at peace.
Reality is for people with no imagination!
(People say, "But this is my reality!" It is, if you
can't imagine anything different! It all starts in the mind --
what are you thinking? Whatever you are thinking is your reality
right now. Use your imagination and visualize a different "reality".)
When
you are thinking about something, ask yourself this question:
Good, bad,
or indifferent.
The more you say it,
The more you think it,
The more you attract it.
DO YOU WANT IT IN YOUR LIFE?
(If you don't want it in your life, STOP thinking about it.
Use the cancel technique above, then fill your thoughts with affirmations.)
When
you think thoughts of pain, grief, or fear, say this:
I now release
the pattern in my consciousness that is creating resistance to
my good.
~~~~~~~~
Wouldn't
it be nice to know when and how to release the thought pattern
that has restricted you? Addicted you? Read my article "Releasing
Negative Thoughts."
~~~~~~~~
This
is something good to say to yourself at any time:
I am wonderfully healthy. All my organs are working together for
my health. All my cells are happy, healthy cells. I am happy.
I love my life. I'm always discovering fascinating things to do
with my mind and my time. I have a wonderful future. I attract
fascinating people into my life. I put only good things in my
mind and body. I exercise regularly and wisely. When the world
is falling down around me, I rise to the occasion!
This
is a wonderful prayer, for yourself and for others. I used to
say it every day when my daughter walked to meet the school bus.
(I changed a few of the words, as you can see in the parenthesis.)
The white
light of divine protection is surrounding me (her) now, sealing
out all negative thoughts and experiences. Only goodness and purity
can penetrate this wonderful light. I (She) send(s) nothing but
goodness out through it. Thank you, Heavenly Father, for Your
Perfect Protection (for my daughter)!

I
have something that works for me each day. It is "Find
the blessing"
Sometimes the blessing is tucked so deep into the problem
that I really have to look and be quiet to find it. The
amazing thing while I am focused on finding the positive
sometimes the problem is already solved. Or at least I
didn't waste time on thinking negative. I tell my 13 yr.
old twin boys "Find the blessing" I never got
a response from them for a long time some strange looks
some days. LOL I just kept saying it helped me and I hoped
that it would sink in to improve their thinking. Now when
they come home they are focused on the positive part of
their day. If their is a negative they are not lost in
it.
I have found wherever my thinking is, so is my children's.
Thank you, Theresa
Some of my suggested helpful affirmations are: this is
the day the Lord has made , let us rejoice and be glad
in it. Thank you.
I find myself using this almost as a mantra on days when
the past interferes with my present. "It is more
effective for me to love WHAT IS than to hate WHAT WAS."
While
being treated for breast cancer, I would get depressed
and wonder how this could have happened to me. I couldn't
see how I was going to get through it and survive. But
I saw the news on TV, read about problems of other people,
and found that I was still in a much better situation
than many other people in the world. When you concentrate
on the hardships of others, and how they could be helped,
it helps you feel useful. And you
find that maybe you are not as bad off as you thought.
By the way, I am now a six year survivor. I found that
no matter what I went through, whatever surgeries or treatments,
it was not my physical form that mattered. My thoughts,
my soul was still intact and that could not be taken away.
