Look at the area where your pain is, point to it. Now, give that pain a size, a shape, a color, and a texture. What size did you make it? What shape did you make it? What color did you make it? What texture did you make it? Now, make that pain that you have just given a size, shape, color, and texture really, really big. Really big! Really big! Really big! As big as the room you are in! Now, make it really, really small! Really small! Really small! Really small! Teeny, tiny, into a dot! Now, take that teeny, tiny pain and shoot it way up to the sky until it disappears! Now, look at your feet, then look at the sky (or ceiling), then close your eyes, then open them. Now, the pain should be gone. (If it's not gone, it has at least moved and/or gotten smaller. If it has moved and/or gotten smaller repeat the above until it is gone.) Thanks for reading. Jan P.S.
