Sit down and relax. Make sure you will not be disturbed. Take a relaxing breath and count from 10 to 1, taking a deep breath with each count. When you get to 1, say "I am totally relaxed, and I am ready to have some fun.". (Because it is going to be fun.) Now, as you sit there and relax, visualize little pac men. (Remember one of the first video games where the little pac men would scurry around and try to eat stuff?) Now, watch as a group of the hungry little pac men form inside your head. Now, watch as they scurry everywhere, eating up all the pain and blockages. Feel how that feels as they eat up anything that isn't right in your body. Now, watch as all that's left behind is happy, healthy cells. What color are they? Look as your body is full of happy, healthy cells everywhere the little pac men have been, and feel how good it feels to be pain free! When
you are completely sure they have eaten everything,
watch as they leave your body and scurry away to help
someone else. Now, the pain should be gone. (If it's not gone, it has at least moved and/or gotten smaller. If it has moved and/or gotten smaller repeat the above until it is gone.) If you didn't read Pain Technique #1, check it out here! Thanks for reading.
