Me, Me, Me!

Do you find yourself thinking *Me, me, me! What's in it for me?* during the course of your days? Do you think you have to *Look out for number 1*? . . .

F A N T A S T I C OFFER! "6 Short Weeks To A Successful Life" ecourse now offers AUDIO! Now, with each session -- FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY -- audio is included FREE! Order here!

Something many people don't realize is that if you watch out for number 1, it doesn't leave much room for anyone else.

Let's think about that, and all the repercussions.

Because you know what? There are definitely repercussions! One is, if you are concerned with only yourself, you push others away. Then, guess what. You are alone and lonely.

But you can change that by taking it to a new level. A higher level, one where your belief pattern is *Harm to no one*. In other words, *Watch out for Number 1 *can still be your motto, but with a higher meaning.

What do I mean? Well, a way to watch out for yourself is take time out for yourself.

When you take three 15 minute breaks every day to relax and program your day, your day usually ends up going the way you programmed it.

Another thing many people don't realize is that if you don't program your day on purpose, you are programming it by accident. Look around your life to see what you have *accidentally* programmed. If it's not what you want, take the time to program what you do want.

Believe it or not, when you take time out to relax and program success and peace, you no longer will feel the need to *watch out for number 1* in the physical world. Instead of feeling like the more you hurry, the *behinder* you get, you'll take time to relax. *Me, me, me* is no longer the high priority you had given it. What can I do for others becomes your new mantra, and with good reason. Whenever you help others, you help yourself.

Do you know how to tell if you've left the *Me, me, me!* syndrome behind?

Well, has someone upset you, and you were able to handle it without getting angry? Did things go wrong at work, and you were able to handle it easily? Has someone embarrassed you, and you were able to handle it with your head up?

If so, congratulations! You're doing great!

To keep up the good work, make sure that the ONLY programming that goes into your brain is good programming. Who's in charge of your brain? YOU ARE!

Good luck, and good programming!

Thanks for reading,

Jan
