When I started sitting down at 9 p.m. to pray, I didn't
feel anything different. I tried to send love,
but I was having trouble concentrating. I thought
maybe I was doing it wrong. By the third night,
though, I was starting to feel more relaxed and peaceful.
I have gradually grown more confident that I really
am sending out love and that people are receiving
it. Now, my mind goes straight to a relaxed
zone. I feel the love coming back to me.

Here
is one way to send your love to the world. Thank you so
much for caring.
~~~~~~~~
Every
night that you can, no matter where you are or what time
zone your are in, join me and my family at 9 p.m., your
time, as we light a candle and sit down to relax for
15 minutes.
Breathe
deeply as you imagine how your heart feels when it's full
of love. Maybe there's a tingle around it or maybe
it feels warm.
TIP:
There is no wrong way -- just whatever love feels like to
you.
You
might want to say affirmations. Here are some you could
use. (If they don't work for you, find what does work
for you and say them.)
*I
am loved. I am loving. I love. I love myself and all creation.*
As
you say them,
speak slowly and in a low tone of voice -- this will help
you relax more.
Feel
your love grow as you send it to your family and friends.
Then, your city and
state.
When
you feel ready, send that love out across the nation. Feel
it connect with
our love beam and watch that beam grow brighter as it encompasses
the
whole world.
***
If 9 p.m. isn't a good time for you, pick a time that you
can sit down and relax, then simply ask God to send your
prayer out at 9 p.m. with everyone else's.
I appreciate
it that you want to participate, the number is growing.
If you have any questions or comments, feel free to
