TESTIMONIALS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hi Dearest Jan, Mandana ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ HI Jan, ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Rebeca Q. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I'd read your articles and they really helped
me in a great way, and again thank you for your great work
in helping people to take control over their destiny. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You are right, since reading into your web
page more in depth I have been trying to keep a more positive
attitude about these situations. I printed some of your articles
and discussed some of your ideas with her (girl friend) and
suggested that some of our problems arent because of each
other, but have been created by a negative attitude. I believe
with a little effort and some understanding we will be able
to work things out. The trust issue is going to take a while,
but she is willing to help me work on it. Once again thank
you for your interest in helping people identify and fix issues
that would otherwise tear them apart. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I clicked in to stay with your news letter. Many of the woman I have come through my groups get to read some very important things that I've learned along the way. You have a condensed version that narrows a topic down. I thank you for being out here making a difference in the lives of so many. Lady J ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ All things begin in the mind! Let my good friend Jan Tincher teach you how to get rid of all of the self limiting thoughts that have kept you from success. Her methods are easy to apply and remember for future use. This woman got me relaxed when nothing else could! Bill White ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hello
Jan, ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hey Jan, I wanted to compliment you on your excellent content month in and month out. (Plus it's always nice to know that there's someone else out there who's as wild about self improvement as I am.) :o) Toby Wong ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Jan, You're doing great! Really enjoy my time spent at your site! Thanks so much! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dear Jan, I loved the Shatter! technique and I will try it! I still can't find the Power Picture one yet, don't know why. But I did practice already what you told me! All the best, CYNDY ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I have to tell you that I've been working with some of the exercises you've written about and have been really amazed at how effective NLP works. I'd like to feature an article from you in each issue and suggest your products if I may. Best Regards, ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dear Jan Tincher, We wish all your dreams come true. You can't imagine how many times you helped us overcome our difficulties, just following your kind words and we believe the same happens all over the world. You are helping people to stay on up from the Artic to the Antarctic, Jan, so please keep up this good work. Thank you Jan. From your Friends here in Brazil, Walter and Dinan ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Jan, I read a couple of weeks ago a technique
you offered for reducing stress. I believe it was a three
pronged question about what is causing the anxiety, CONTROL
issues, etc. This realization helped me almost immediately
relieve the tension when I asked myself "why I have to
be in control of this particular situation." Thanks so
much. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ PLEASE continue my subcription I really do enjoy
tame your brain and when I receive them they are the FIRST
email I will read ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Jan, Love the site and your wisdom. I see the main ingregant breaking bad and negative habits. Move them out and replace them with positive. Its not a struggle out there if you believe in yourself and the positive; one must keep encouraging one self, as well as others, of this. Its rather simple, its like exercising in the gym, no one can do it for you, you have do it yourself on an ongoing basis.
Sincerely ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hi Jan, Sorry your email went astray. Please send me the new address so I can keep getting my Tame Your Brain!. Now. Without it, I would be lost. It seems to help me keep my head above water. Your exciting words stirred and expanded in me my self concept and self-esteem, which will enhance my furure achievements. Thank you for making the door of questions wide open. APPRECIATION & LOVE. #135) Jan,
Hello Jan ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dear Jan,
I just want to thank you for your great newsletters. I have been subscribing for over a year, but it never crossed my mind that one day your articles would help me go through a dark period in my life.
You see, my husband, Richard, passed away on May 11th 2007 (Mothers Day this year). It was devastating because it was sudden and he was in perfect health. He had a heart attack, and it happened so quickly that we could not revive him.
I have read your past issues (which I filed) to find answers why this happened. He was only 48 yrs old and the future was really looking great for us. We have been married for 11 yrs, just celebrated our anniversary in February, and we have 4 beautiful children, aged from 6 to 101/2.
I am a Muslim. Richard was from England and he converted before we got married. Whatever faith we believe in, we all believe in God, and I find your newsletters are helping me a lot to get over my grief and get on with life as I have to bring up four young children on my own. I especially love your article on letting go. I cant tell you how much that has helped me.
Thank you again, and dont stop the good work. You dont realize how many lives you touched all over the world, regardless of faith, and race.
God bless you,
Yati Parkes ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Jan - I have enjoyed your newsletter immensely and
thank you for taking the time to write them and send them
to whoever wants them. They have been a great help to me.
Thanks again, ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Jan Thank you SO much for your thoughts and wishes Simon x ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dear Jan: I liked your article very much as I too believe that you are who you create. And peace does start from within. Thanks for the article. So far it looks to me like you are doing the people that read your articles a good brain cleansing. I'm sure you have and will continue to help many with your work. I believe the world would be a better place if people did not have to face so many inabitions within themselves. Because a lot of the world is fighting so hard to deffend their heritage, their feelings and even there decisions in life, only because they want people to except them and they feel like they are not living up to some standard that they set for themselves. So they end up angry and afraid all the time. Which in my opinion, has got to be one of the hardest ways to get through life there is. I hope to read more good articles like that one, and I am sure I will learn something from each one I read from here on out. Thanks again. ====================== Hello Jan ====================== I am so excited to be the contest winner. I enjoy your articles, they almost always seem to have a message I need. Thanks again! Dusty Walsh ====================== Jan- Hello and thank you for having me...my name is Michael...I am indeed interested in receiving your works of taming my brain...I have already received and read through butterflies on your shoulder...which in itself inspired me to read further into your thoughts and wisdom. Thank you kindly. ====================== Hi, I really enjoy your tame your brain newsletter.
It's great to have a flow of ongoing tips and encouragement,
to help me focus on getting better and better each day. ====================== Jan, I'm looking forward to receiving your artlicle Do Butterflies... It sounds very interesting. I've been on a path of finding peace and feeding my spirit. Your article sounds like it's something I would enjoy and would help enlighten me. I have downloaded your ebook and will begin reading it tomorrow. Thanks again, so much, for being so generous with your writings. Not everyone is as generous as you are. Think Positive, ====================== Hi Jan! Hi Jan, ====================== Dear Jan, I am a new subscriber to your ezine and am enjoying it immensely. THANK YOU. When I get your zine....I find myself taking a deep breath to center myself even before I get to the 'meat' of your zine. It's such a noticeable reaction because most sites I check out I simply can't cope with all the hype, flashing banners and even the background music is unnerving. I have forwarded your zine to my friends..so just maybe your list will gain a few more names here and there. Have a great day! ====================== Hi, I really enjoy your tame your brain newsletter. I am going to tell my little friends to check out your website! Smiles, ====================== Hi Jan, I am forwarding this portion of your newsletter to my depression/suicide support group. [The article is *What Is Your Base?*] Thank you, dear lady, for your helpful newsletters. I am sure that these are things that this group needs to hear, learn, and understand. It is a small change of perspective for some people, but is a major lifestyle change for some of my email friends who haven't the same perspective on life as most of us do. Thanks
for making a difference, ====================== Hi,
Jan ====================== Thank you for this article - "Do Butterflies Land On Your Shoulder?" It was applicable to me. I have been asking for peace in my life and so much has happened to me, but the peace is coming. I am calmer and more tolerant with myself - the peace is within. I am learning to let go and to trust, knowing that all will work out anyway. I still have frantic times, my stomach still churns, but not near so often. I just wanted to say I enjoy your writings. Thank you! Dusty ====================== Hey-o
Jan, ====================== I read many items on the web, and forward those I like to my two children. I guess I could forward some to my wife, but we talk about the things that are of interest. I am working towards being more forgiving in life towards those who transgress and are harmful to my family and to a free America. May you always be blessed with freedom to do as well as freedom from unlawful and amoral restrictions. John Gaynor ======================

====================== Hi Jan,
Thanks for today's article in Tame Your Brain, "Do
You Fear Rejection". Recently I have returned
to work after being off work for 9 and 1/2 months due to
having a bad fall that caused me multiple injuries.
During the time I was off it was like a roller coaster,
trying to recover from the pain of a broken arm and shoulder,
my work contacting asking when I would return as they needed
a replacement for me which they did with staff they had,
but as well the indirect health problems that occurred due
to the initial injuries.
. . . your article has helped me gain some perspective
on fear, something that was threatening to make me choose
to settle for something less than I deserve. Thank
for helping me "Tame My Brain".
Light and blessings to you,
Catherine

====================== I think the article "What Kind of Success Pictures Are You Making" was very good indeed. A nice reminder to those of us that live with the philosophy of self fulfilling prophecies (What you believe to be true, will be true) and superb for the person that hasn't heard of either one. People have a tendancy to forget the little tiny basics of life that would make their lives so much nicer to live. You bring those basics to light and that's so important especially in this day of such high technology and science. It's so very true. We need to be told or remember that We are in control. It is up to us to make things 'picture perfect'. Your article showed us how tomake things successfully picture perfect. Thank you so very much for this article and simplfying life. it work? Is it worth?
It would be a kind of you if you could provide me more information
